PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The 5 Axis CNC Vertical Machining Center VMC 1060 is one of the VMC series products. Just like other vmc series machines, it is also equipped with a vibration absorbent spindle nose which can avoid accuracy problems caused by tool vibration, such as affecting the surface accuracy of the workpiece. The machine is equipped with a 600 x 1300 worktable. For processing some large or complex parts, the larger size of the worktable is more efficient. The spindle seed range of this machine is 10000 rpm, the ultra high speed ensures the efficiency of processing. There will be no backlash and hysteresis problems because this machine is using the high power axial servomotor.
The spindle is made of highly rigid material, with excellent anti-vibration performance, which can effectively absorb vibration to ensure the accuracy of the workpiece. The high rotation of 10000RPM also improves the efficiency of processing to a large extent and saves the processing time. This machine also equips three axis precision ball screw which can provides the efficiency of high speed movement and precise position control. The machine is also equipped with excellent linear guide rail, rigidity and precision are very high, can ensure the machining accuracy.
